BBC Radio 3 Choral Evensong  Wednesday 10th December

On Wednesday 10th December, the BBC are recording Choral Evensong, which is broadcast live every Wednesday at 3pm, from St Mary’s, Saffron Walden, with the choir of Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge.

You are all invited to be part of the congregation for this recording, which I think is possibly a ‘first’ for our church.

The congregation are asked to be in their seats by 2.30pm, and certainly no later than 2.45pm. The service should be finished by 4pm and entrance is free. 

We do hope as many people as possible will be able to attend, especially to join in the singing of the hymns.
