The Transition Project was formed in 2010 to provide a free, open door, welcoming and encouraging service to those who are out of work and looking to get back into employment. Staffed by volunteers the Transition Project has provided practical support and advice to over 70 people from Saffron Walden and the surrounding villages during the past year. Come and meet with us
In addition to the information on this website, we run a free clinic every Tuesday. It is staffed by volunteers who have first hand experience of redundancy and who can provide practical support with internet searching, CV writing and interview technique. Some PC’s are available for internet searching and help is at hand if you need it. Just as important, tea and coffee is provided for those that just want a chat.
