Julian Group "We meet on every second Tuesday of the month at The Priory, Common Hill,. for a short reading, half an hour's meditation / contemplation (in silence,) then discussion. We begin at 7.30 and close at 9pm." Contact Tessa Hawkes, 01799 523888

Parish Magazine. The Parish Magazine is published monthly and can be delivered to your door or bought from the back of the Church.  It costs 40p per month or £3 per year and contains articles and information about services and Church activities. Contact John Sibson 520007

Saffron Walden Social Car Service. Although not a Church group, this is organised by 2 of our parishioners Eunice Harris and Ruby Parsons. Journeys are arranged for elderly or frail passengers to the Community Hospital, Doctor, Dentist, etc.in Saffron Walden. If you need assistance then phone: 520254 Mon-Fri 9am-10am or 5pm-7pm. Sewing Circle. "We meet every Monday Morning at 9.30 to stitch and sew the church kneelers and occassionally alter frontals, banners, curtains etc. Also we make things to sell at the summer fete and the Christmas Market. contact Tessa Hawkes, 01799 523888

Stewardship. We are a Stewardship Church which means that the regular congregation are committed in their support through their regular and planned financial giving as well as by the dedication of their time and talents. Contact Arthur Davey 522616

St Mary's Tinies. (Used to be called Pram Service) A very informal service followed by coffee and toys for mums and toddlers/babies at 2pm on Tuesdays in term time in the Parish Rooms. Click here to find out more or contact Margaret Taylor 500292.

Sunday Club. This meets at 10am on Sundays during term time.  We meet in the Parish Rooms at 10am returning to the church at 'the Peace'.  Children & young people, from 3 to 16 years, are welcome to join us for, bible stories, discussions and craft activities. Contact Debbie Flicos 524177

Women's Own takes place on eight Saturday mornings throughout the year. It starts at 9.00am for an hour, with a light breakfast, fellowship, and includes various speakers, drama, and devotional time.  All ladies very welcome.  For further information contact Judith Felgate 01799 524747

  • Brownies meet on Tuesdays at 4.45 p.m. in the Parish Room. Contact Margaret Jacobs 522801

  • Aftershock for 11-18 year olds. Aftershock meets on Sundays 7.00-8.30pm in the Parish Rooms. A chance to socialise, learn and enjoy each other's company. And there's normally food involved!!! Click here for more information.

  • Sunday school. See Sunday Club above

  • The Junior Choir practises on a number of Friday evenings from 6.30 to 8.15pm. Once new members are confident enough they are asked to come on Sundays. They sing on a number of Sundays, but not all, and at some choral evensongs, as shown as 'full choir' in the current choir schedule - see Junior Choir for details.
